Pick a plan, create your account, and add your vehicle. When you pull up to a participating charger, request pump activation from our app or website — or call our line — and we open it. You charge, we handle billing with the network.
RFID card delivery & usage
Everything you need to know about receiving, activating, and using your EV Freedom card at the charger.
Cards are mailed the next business day after your purchase. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS. You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
