Pick a plan, create your account, and add your vehicle. When you pull up to a participating charger, request pump activation from the portal. Our team usually starts the session within 5–10 minutes. There is no public phone number on this site.
RFID card delivery & usage
Everything you need to know about receiving and using your EV Freedom card at the charger.
Cards ship within 2 business days of your order via USPS First-Class, and typically arrive 5–7 business days after shipping. You can track your order any time on the delivery status page.
