How it works

1. 1. Join. Create an account and pick a pass, or buy a one-time session.
2. 2. Arrive. Pull up to a participating station. We do not publish network names. Access can change.
3. 3. Request. Open the portal and send a pump request. You need location permission for that step, and either a membership or a paid one-time session.
4. 4. Charge. Our team usually confirms and starts the session within 5–10 minutes. It is not instant.

If a session cannot start, the refund policy explains whether the amount returns as wallet credit. This page does not change that policy.
